Musings With Gozie: Jesus Our Healer

Lamentations 3:22, 23 assure us of God’s mercy, loving kindness, and compassion towards us.

This knowledge should give us confidence to face life's challenges and trials. Hallelujah 🙌🏼

Galatians 1: 15-16: God is intentional about our lives, and He can choose to reveal Christ in us for a purpose.

When He expresses that desire and purpose, let's seek Him more to understand and get directives from Him on how to proceed with our assignments. Hallelujah 🙌🏼

(John 2: 1-11) There are many lessons to be learnt from the account of the miracle of turning water into wine in the Bible.

Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, was so convinced about God's power and ability resident in Jesus Christ that she placed a demand on His anointing and received a miracle for the couple getting married before the set time for Jesus to demonstrate God's power. We can place a demand on God's word and receive miracles to meet our needs.

COUNT IT ALL JOY

James 1: 2 - 4 tells us to count trials as joy, knowing that they teach us patience and make us more perfect people.

James 1: 5 - 8 tells us to ask God for wisdom when we need it because He gives wisdom liberally to all.

The only condition to receiving God's wisdom is that we must ask in faith and not from the standpoint of fear. Hallelujah 🙌🏼

Psalm 119 v 165 tells us that when we love the word of God, we will have great peace

There is peace and safety in obeying the word of God. When we obey God, nothing can cause us to stumble.
(Psalm 119: 165)

John 14:27 tells us about God’s peace

God has given us His peace, and we have authority over our hearts. We can appropriate that gift of peace and refuse to allow our hearts to be troubled or afraid.

Grace and Peace is multiplied in our lives

when we grow in our knowledge of God and the Lord Jesus Christ. (2 Peter 1: 2) Let's draw closer to God and Jesus Christ and know Him more.

John 4: 46 - 53: The story of a nobleman who trusted Jesus Christ for his son’s healing,

He believed the word Jesus Christ spoke to him and called us to a place of faith so that we too can receive from God. Hallelujah 🙌🏼

Psalm 30:2, 3: The psalmist testifies that he cried unto God, and God healed him, saved his soul from the grave, and kept him alive.

This can be our testimony too if we put our trust in God and believe in HIM and not just believe Him for things or the outcome of things. Hallelujah 🙌🏼
