Musings With Gozie: Jesus Our Healer

Joshua 1: 8: No matter what we are going through, we are to speak God’s word concerning that situation.

We can only speak God's word when we have read it, studied it and mediated on it ... consistently. The purpose of this is obedience of His directives, instructions from His word and from the Holy Spirit. This will grant us progress and prosperity and good success. Selah.

By His stripes, we were healed. 1 Peter 2: 24.

Today, we reflect on the benefits of the redemptive work of Jesus on the cross: forgiveness of sins and healing in our body. As we appropriate and identify with his death at Calvary, the attraction or lure to sin dies and it becomes easier to live righteously and to receive total healing in every area of our lives.

Jesus Christ has the answer. He took away our weaknesses, sorrows, griefs, and diseases.

We are important to God, and He deals with the things that concern us personally. He will not delegate our care to another person.

Healing is available in God for the broken hearted: Psalm 147: 1-3

In this episode, we reflect on God's ability to bind up and heal the broken hearted. With the increased awareness about mental health issues, Jesus Christ can be our source of healing and by His power, He can take away our pains and sorrows.

How To Develop Real Faith From The Word of God

Faith is the SUBSTANCE of things hoped for; the EVIDENCE of things not seen (Hebrews 11: 1). Sarah received Isaac because she judged God who promised to be FAITHFUL. What has God promised us in His word. Let's judge him FAITHFUL too. Let our faith end the discussions or battles in our minds and let it stop the whisperings of fear. God can be trusted. Hallelujah 🙌
